Pumpkin Pie Protein Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Organic Oats
- 1/2 cup Plain Canned Pumpkin
- 1/2 scoop @FunctionSupplements 3HREE Protein
- Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste
- Optional: Chopped Almonds or Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook oats to desired eating consistency (recommended not too dry for best protein mixability)
- Stir in canned pumpkin
- Stir in Protein powder
- Top with Cinnamon and Nutmeg
- Add Almonds or Walnuts if desired
- Enjoy!
