Pumpkin Pie Protein Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup Organic Oats
  • 1/2 cup Plain Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/2 scoop @FunctionSupplements 3HREE Protein
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste
  • Optional: Chopped Almonds or Walnuts


  • Cook oats to desired eating consistency (recommended not too dry for best protein mixability)
  • Stir in canned pumpkin
  • Stir in Protein powder
  • Top with Cinnamon and Nutmeg
  • Add Almonds or Walnuts if desired
