Chunky Monkey Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 8oz water or almond milk
- 1 scoop @FunctionSupplements 3HREE Chocolate Protein
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 TBSP Natural PB or Almond Butter
- 1 TBSP Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend Protein, almond milk, half of your banana, ice cubes, and Natural PB – pour mixture into tall glass
- Mix in walnuts, and the other half of banana (sliced)
- Enjoy!
