- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
- 1 Scoop of 3HREE Function Protein
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
- 1/3 Cup of Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 Apple (sliced)
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Add Oatmeal, Protein and 1 Cup Boiling water into bowl. Let set for 2-3 Minutes.
- Add toppings (cacao nibs, walnuts, raisins, coconut flakes and apple).
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon and enjoy!
